| Jake made the long treck to New Zealand and has been a consistent winner from the baby puppy class. He has won 4 Baby Puppy in Groups, was twice run for Baby Puppy in Show and also took out Best of Breed whilst still in the Baby Puppy class. Since hitting the Puppy class, he has had Puppy in Groups at Championship and Open Show level, challenges and Best of Breed wins. He is well on his way to his New Zealand championship title. Jake has a lovely outgoing & inquisitve temperament, is highly food motivated and willing to please, combined with outstanding conformation and movement. As is typical of my dogs, he is slow to mature, but will be a force to be reckoned with in the ring once he reaches maturity. He has impressed both his owner and friends with his care free attitude and the ease to which he has adjusted to living in his new country. Jake is my first export and I have high hopes that he will do well for his new owner and will be an asset to the breed in NZ. 17/11/07 - Jake gains the final points needed for his New Zealand Champion title, at 12 months & 3 weeks of age |
